Hey everybody! (This is an edited journal so please read, especially where the deadline description is....)

It's time to breathe some more life into this club. For a while I waited until we had a good amount of members and now I think we're ready to hold our first contest!

The subject matter:

Pick a favorite Yes song of yours and represent it with photography, digital or traditional artwork, or 3-D work. Pretty simple huh? I think it would be a fun idea and something that will allow for a lot of creativity and possibilities.

Submissions:

Participants can enter the contest by sending a link to us privately. We can display the entries in a number of ways - either to post links in our journal to each entry or to submit each entry in our gallery. What do you guys think would be better?

The Deadline:
Because we did not receive any entries by the original deadline, we will hold the contest until we get a couple. Then when we do, we can decide on a new deadline. This will give those who haven't checked the club lately a chance to catch up.

The prize:
The winner will have their entry posted as our featured submission until the next contest ends and they will also have a special feature in our journal. This feature will include 15 of their best artworks or the artworks of their choosing and a description of them as an artist.
